Each project is unique. However, the methodology for managing each project is the same. Typically a project is organized into four phases: the discovery phase, the development phase, the deployment phase and the maintenance phase. A senior project manager will be assigned to each project and he/she will be the single point of contact for our client throughout the life cycle of the project.
Discovery phase
In the Discovery phase, we will sit down with our client and to understand his/her requirements and goals. We will discuss possible solutions and the best ways of solving the problems as presented. We also will jointly decide the best way of developing the solutions. Typically, the discovery sessions are free of charge to our client.
Development phase
The Development phase consists of two sub-phases: the implementation phase and the QA phase. In the Implementation phase, our engineers will develop the solution as specified in the Statement of Work. Periodic design reviews and demos will be conducted throughout the development life cycles to ensure the solution developed meets the project objectives. The development is completed when both the client and Axonet are satisfied with the solution developed and the QA phase has been completed satisfactory.
Deployment phase
In the Deployment phase, Axonet engineer will install the software at the client's location. Training will also be provided to both system administrator and end-users.
Maintenance phase
In the Maintenance phase, Axonet will provide on going on-site, on-line or telephone support to our clients. Periodic software updates will also be provided to updating or upgrading the software system in operation.
